Vallejo, California – For nearly four decades, Krystle Properties has been a trusted name in property management in Solano County. Known for its deep community ties and caring, customer-first approach, Krystle Properties has secured a strategic investment from Galaxy Strategy, a Bay Area company that partners with local property management businesses to help them modernize and grow.

Founded in Vallejo in 1988 by Abdul Karimian and Julie Jackson, Krystle Properties began with just a handful of properties and a commitment to personal, high-touch service. Under the leadership of their children, Derrick Karimian and Krystle Karimian, the company has grown to manage more than 1,000 residential units across Vallejo, Benicia, American Canyon, and Fairfield – all while staying true to its family mission.
